How long will it take for my rug to ship?

• On average rugs take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete before they are shipped to their destination. The duration is dependent on the design complexity and will be outlined post payment.   

What is the return policy?

• All sales are final.  

What is the shipping policy?

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Tracking information will not be sent at purchase but will be sent after production is completed. 

Is my rug machine washable?

• No, our rugs are not machine washable. 

How do I clean my rug?

• Remove any debris from your rug using a vacuum cleaner or a lint roller. If you happen to stain your rug, use a clean paper towel to pat down the area to try and remove as much liquid as possible. For stubborn stains use equal parts dish soap and warm water as a stain solution and pat the area dry with a clean paper towel. 

My rug is sprouting. What do I do?

• It is natural for yarn in hand made rugs to occasionally sprout. This is when a piece of yarn sticks out higher than the rest of the rug. If this happens do not pull on the yarn. Instead take a sharp pair of scissors and cut the yarn so it's even.
